HOW IT WORKS.

LIST IT.

It all begins with a desire to list your property with top notch professionals in the STR space. We will take care of your very valuable asset(s) as if it was our own. We build out your listing on all platforms so that your property stands out as being unique, well curated & above and beyond the competition.
MAINTAIN IT.

At Mtn Goat we pride ourselves on looking after our owners properties meticulously. Our watchful eye and attention to detail is what makes our owners feel very confident that their rental is in good hands. We personally check in on all of our units weekly to ensure nothing lingers that needs addressing.
CLEAN IT.

The cleaning, scheduling, and communication is all handled directly by us. One of the more tedious and very important jobs a vacation owner faces is the cleanings. We have very trusted, well paid, and incredibly detail oriented cleaning staff. Guests pay a cleaning fee per stay and we then allocate that money to the cleaners directly. Just look at our reviews and you'll see all of our listings have a five star rating for being clean as a whistle.
PROTECT IT.

Inevitably vacation rentals incur small amounts of unintended damage. At Mtn. Goat we work hard for you so that it is kept to an absolute minimum. Whether it’s writing extra sections in our guest books outlining features of your unit that need special attention, or personally communicating with guests and explaining the nuances of certain systems, the safety and protection of your home is our priority. In the case an issue arrises we work directly with the guests and platform to get the issue resolved immediately.
GENERATE IT $$.

The goal is to optimize the income generated by the rental while maintaining our standards. We only represent properties that will continually produce high occupancy and nightly rate while being very well maintained and attractive to potential clients. We know the money that vacation rentals provide for their owners is very important and we work tirelessly to create an income stream that keeps our clients very happy.
USE IT.

At the end of the day, this is YOUR property. Whenever you or your family/friends need a place to enjoy it is theirs. We do ask for at least a months notice so we can block the dates out for personal use. Please note that we do not cancel reservations so communication of owner stays and personal use must be communicated far in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts .
