1. New linens specifically for guests.
We suggest all white, quick dry, linens and towels. Renters want to feel like they are in a nice hotel when staying at your property, and white, clean linens are the best way to accomplish that sensation.
2. Declutter.
The typical renter wants the space not the clutter, so getting rid of unneeded items in and around your unit helps showcase the space and cleanliness.
3. Put away personal and family photos / heirlooms.
Nobody wants to stare at images of a family they do not know while vacationing. ( just saying )
4. Create an Owner's closet and Linen closet.
Store your family photos, heirlooms, and valuables here. Another very helpful action is to create a linen closet that only you and your cleaning staff have access to. This really expedites the cleaning process and ensures you have plenty of sets of linens so that your cleaning staff isn't spending your time and money doing laundry!
