When we aim for 5 star accommodations, communication and hospitality, this VRBO score means we’re nailing it. Other items on the scorecard are as follows - 1. Acceptance rate 2. Cancellation rate 3. Average review rating 4. Completed reviews 5. Total bookings. The assessments happen quarterly so expect these posts every three months :)
